"Before learning about supportive eating, I never ate on schedule and would miss meals frequently. After learning about supportive eating everything has changed. I hardly miss breakfast and I always have at least a serving of vegetables on my plate. I have also cut out a bunch of
foods that were full of fat. Since then my body fat has dropped 2% with no change in my exercise routine. I have more energy and have been able to study more effectively."
