To Be A Champion offers Revolutionary Approach to Preparing For Winter Sports

Lose Weight, get in shape, become faster, stronger, reduce your chance of injury and become more powerful and explosive by training the 4 pillars of human movement.

With the end of summer, the start of school and the fall sport season beginning whose thinking of winter sports.  You are if you are a swimmer, hockey player, basketball player, skier, figure skater, or wrestler.  Whether you are a recreational, scholastic, or collegiate athlete, September is the perfect time to begin to prepare for the upcoming winter season.

With 8-10 weeks before the start of practices (practices begin Nov 20) you can participate in a movement-based exercise program that is energy intensive, provides great training for the core of the body and enhances movement mechanics.  Learn and practice some of their supportive eating tips and rest and recovery strategies and you will be ready to go.

To Be A Champion, LLC- Maine’s Premier Athletic Performance Training Consultant Company offers proven programs that help reduce injuries, improve overall athleticism, and help athletes achieve their goals.  Using Juan Carlos Santa’s innovative method of
metabolic circuits our athletes have increased their speed-quickness-agility, are more powerful and explosive, and improved their mental approach to practices and games.

"I would recommend TBAC. It has helped me in all aspects of getting in shape. I am more flexible and it is fun. TBAC can get you in shape for any sport you may play."
Spencer Jordon (Football- Scarborough High School)

Metabolic circuits are the most effective way to train because they combine cardio conditioning with functional strength training. These metabolic circuits are comprised of major movements the body naturally recognizes: The 4 Pillars of Human Movement.  These 4-Pillars are the basis of all functional human movement and include: locomotion, level change, pushing and pulling, and rotation. This method of training is safe, fun, and time efficient and effective. Regardless of your current skill or fitness level the circuits will help make you a better athlete.
